What Will It Mean to Be Average?
Average
kids are the comparison group next to that all of the different
sociometric statuses — neglected, rejected, well-liked and
debatable — are compared. As a result, one will best perceive the
unique qualities of average children by learning about the
characteristics of kids within the alternative four categories.
Average kids tend to fare well at top boarding schools. They're neither considered to be leaders nor followers and don't stand out in terms of their achievements or behaviour. They're somewhat liked by some peers and somewhat disliked by others. while their social skills and behaviors aren't quite as spectacular as those within the "popular" group, kids with average scores are usually socially competent.

Children
who fall under the other sociometric classes may suffer from the rejection or — on the flip facet of the coin — from overly high
expectations. For youngsters who are average, these problems aren't a
concern. Most average kids are able to achieve success among their
own spheres They will find it easy to create friends, manage the
demands of schools
and social settings, and manage the increasing expectations of best

On
the opposite hand, kids who are "average" are rarely
leaders. Similarly, they're unlikely to stand out as having
particularly strong skills in areas like public speaking, sports, or
the arts. As a result, they will not have the chance or drive to
overcome obstacles, advance in their areas of interest, or battle
unexpected challenges
